油膜阻尼技术在机床主轴系统中的应用研究

摘    要:本文对机床滚动支承主轴系统采用油膜阻尼技术进行了深入、系统的试验研究和机理分析。结果表明:机床滚动支承主轴系统采用油膜阻尼器,可使主轴前端共振振幅降低50%-60%,共振频率提高10-50Hz、极限切削宽度提高30%~50%。而且,油膜阻尼器结构简单、成本低、工作可靠、安装方便,因此,这一成果无论是对新产品设计还是对已有设备改造均具有较大实用价值。

Abstract:The deep,systematic research of experiments and theoretical analysis are made to employing fluid Film damping technology in antifriction bearing spindle system of machine tool.The results show that the amplitude at the end of a spindle would be reduced 50%- 60%,the resonance frequency would be raised 10- 50Hz,so as to raise the cutting width 30%- 50%,if fluid film damper is used in the spindle system of machine tool.And the fluid film damper is simple in structure,low in cost,reliable in operation,convenient in install.Therefore,the achievement has biger pratical value either in design of new products or to improve the ready-equipments.
