圆筒形容器壳体尺寸优化设计

摘    要:容器体积或质量及设计所要满足的条件,都是容器直径和长度的函数,故可将容器的设计问题转化为一个二维优化问题,通过建立优化设计的数学模型,按照 G B150 - 89 有关规定,在设计参数、直径的计算范围和优化步长确定的情况下,都存在着一个容器直径和长度的最优解及使壳体质量最小的最佳设计方案,分别为平底等壁厚圆筒形容器和标准随圆形封头压力容器优化。采用本文优化设计的方法,进行优化设计可降低壳体质量( 算例中分别减少9 .2 t 和13 .3 t) ,对降低产品的成本和价格,有着现实的重要意义。

Abstract:The volume or mass of the metallic vessel and the conditions to be satisfied by design are all the function of diameter and length of the vessel, therefore the problem of veseel design can be transformed into the problem of a two-dimensional optimizing. By estabishing mathmetical model about the optimum design, and according to the rules about the GB150-89, the design paramater and the compute limits of the diameter and the optimum step-length have been obtained, There are an optimal solution of the diameter and length of the vessel and an optimal design plan making shell mass minimum. By using this manner to optimistically design, the shell mass can be reduced, also the material and manufacturing costs can be reduced. This is of great importance to low the product cost and price.
