松香聚甘油酯非离子表面活性剂的合成与性能

摘    要:以松香和聚甘油为原料,合成出一种非离子表面活性剂松香聚甘油酯,对产物结构进行了红外光谱分析,并测定了产物的表面物理化学性能。结果表明,合成产物的表面张力为44 2~49 6mN/m,临界胶束浓度为8 4×10-4~2 6×10-3mol/L,钙皂分散指数为13 5%~21 5%,界面张力为11 7~18 9mN/m,对松节油的乳化力为44~85s,泡沫性能为6~46mm,润湿力为87~121s。考察了甘油平均聚合度对产物的表面物理化学性能的影响,实验结果表明,随着平均聚合度的增加,表面张力先下降后有所上升;临界胶束浓度减小;钙皂分散指数先增加后减小;界面张力降低,但变化幅度不大;乳化力增强;润湿力增强。

Abstract:Nonionic surfactant polyglycerol rosin ester was synthesized by reaction of rosin with polyglycerol.The structure of the product was identified by IR.The surface physicochemical properties of the product were measured.Surface tension was 44.2~49.6 mN/m,critical micelle concentration was 8.4×10~(-4)~2.6×10~(-3) mol/L,lime soap dispersing power was 13.5%~21.5%,interfacial tension was 11.7~18.9 mN/m,emulsifying power(with turpentine) was 44~85 s,foaming power was 6~46 mm within 5 min,and wetting power was 87~121 s.Relation between surface physicochemical properties of product and polymerization degree of polyglycerol was studied in detail.Along with increase in polymerization degree of polyglycerol,surface tension first decreased and then increased;critical micelle concentration declined;lime soap dispersing power first increased and then decreased;interfacial tension declined slightly;emulsifying power and wetting power became stronger.
