摘    要:采用雾化加料的方式,以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,制备了纳米Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9粉体。探寻了制备过程中影响粉体颗粒大小及团聚的工艺参数,并对影响机理进行了探讨。结果表明:将沉淀剂雾化加入的工艺有利于得到分散性好、尺寸均匀的纳米粉体。在最佳工艺参数点,即(Ce3++Gd3+)浓度为0.2 mol/L,反应温度为60℃,r[AHC∶(Ce3++Gd3+)]为3∶1,制得的纳米Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9颗粒粒径在15 nm左右。

Abstract:Nano-sized Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(20 GDC) powders were prepared by atomization co-deposition method using ammonium hydrogen carbonate(AHC) as the precipitant.The process parameters which influenced the sizes and agglomeration of 20 GDC powers were studied and its influence mechanism was discussed.The results show that the method can gain small and homogeneous nano-sized powders.The optimum parameter for preparing 20 GDC are obtained,viz the molar concentration of(Ce3++ Gd3+) is 0.2 mol/L,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,the molar ratio of AHC and(Ce3++ Gd3+) is 3.Under such conditions the 15 nm 20 GDC powders are obtained.
