摘    要:废弃电池对环境的污染正渐为国人所重视。人们一直在寻求技术上可行、经济上可取的科学处理方法。废电池的回收、处理利用是一项系统工程,应根据中国的国情建立有效的无害化管理机制,国家要从政策上给予扶持,建立健全法规,完善回收、处理运行体系,无公害的再利用方法须进一步论证、研究和开发。分析了各种废弃电池对环境的污染;报导了国内外回收、处理废弃电池的情况;结合国情提出了治理电池污染的对策。

Abstract:The environmental pollution caused by the waste battery had been thought much of. The scientific handling method which is feasible in technique and desirable in economics had been seeking always. Recovery , handling and using of the waste battery was an systemic engineering.It must establish an effective harmless managing mechanism according to our national situation.The government must support in policy and establish serial law and regulation.Consummate recovery and handling operation system. Harmless reusing method must be proof, research and deve_lop.The environmental pollution caused by all kind of battery was analysed, the situation of recovery and handling the waste battery both here and abroad were reported and the countermeasures to father the battery pollution were put forward according to our national situation.
