| 摘 要： | 山西省汾河灌区是个典型的缺水灌区，水资源严重短缺，已成为灌区今后发展的瓶颈因素，为此，在加强水资源综合利用，地表水、地下水、土壤水、降水度污水等各种水资源综合利用的同时，必须大搞节水灌溉，在节水灌溉的同时，还要涵养灌区水资源。使汾河灌区的经济效益与社会效益同在，促进灌区的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Fenhe Irrigation District is a typical district being deficient in water resources.Severe shortage of waterresources is the key factor that ristricts the development of district in future.In parallel with strengthening com-prehesive utilization of water resources containig surface water,ground water,soil water,rain water and pollutedwater,the water-saving irrigation must be developed and water resources in district must be conserved so as topromote sustainable development and torealize economic and societybenefit simultaneously. |
