温度均匀器不同安装间距对辊道窑窑内温度场的影响

摘    要:为了进一步研究温度均匀器之间不同安装间距对辊道窑窑内温度场的影响,对某辊道窑烧成带内气体温度场进行了数值模拟。模拟计算结果表明,温度均匀器之间不同间距对窑内温度的均匀效果不同,适当增加均匀器之间的间距可以获得更好的均匀窑温效果。

Abstract:To further study on effects of the temperature evens installed vertically with a different horizontal spacing for roller hearth kiln on temperature field, the numerical simulation is applied to studying on the temperature field of the firing zone on a certain roller hearth kiln. The simulated results show that the temperature evens installed vertically with a different horizontal spacing can produce different effect s on temperature field, and adding their spacing can make better effects on temperature field.
