潜油螺杆泵采油系统转子扭矩求解方法研究

摘    要:潜油螺杆泵采油系统是近年来在国内外油田上广泛应用的一种新型采油设备,其中螺杆泵转子扭矩的确定一般由经验来判断,缺乏足够的理论依据,导致传动系统的设计和动力系统的选择存在较大误差。这里基于能量守恒原理导出了一种转子扭矩的理论计算方法,并依据试验数据对此方法进行了精确的比较分析,最后给出计算实例。

Abstract:Electrical submersible progressing cavity pumping system is a new type of oil exploitaton equpment widely applied in oil field. The torque of pump rotor is usually determined with experince in application. Lack of enough theoretical facts often results in large error in the design of transmission system and the selection dynamic system. A theoretical calculating method for rotor torque based on law of conservation of energy was presented in this paper. Precise comparison between experimental and theoretical results was performed and an example was given.
