摘    要:人的素质是一个可变的、动态的状态系统。隐性课程与人的身体素质、心理素质、科学文化素质、操行素质等基本素质密切相关。高等院校中素质教育的任务很大程度上将由隐性课程来完成。在高等教育改革中,必须站在教育社会学的理论高度上来认识隐性课程,建设隐性课程。

Abstract:The quality of people is a changeable and dynamic system. The hidden curricular are closely connected with the basic qualities of people, such as physical quality, psychology quality, science and culture quality and behavior quality, etc. The task of the quality education in institution of higher learning is mostly completed through the hidden curricular. In the reformation of the higher education, we should study the hidden curricular from the point view of the educational sociology theory, and pay more attention to the construction of hidden curricular.
