江苏电力“十一五”通信发展若干问题的思考

论文结合通信技术发展方向，针对当前电力通信面临的问题和机遇，对通信专业管理模式、长期定位、资源整合利用、标准的建立、通信网建设、“大二次”整合、专业人才培养等若干问题进行了分析和思考，提出江苏省“十一五”期间电力通信发展的思路和重点任务。

Consideration on the development of Jiangsu Power Communication during the 11 th Five-Year Plan period

Combined with the development direction of telecommunication techniques, the paper gives some suggestions on the management modes, long-term orientation, resource integration and utilization, standard formulation, network construction, secondary system conformity and professional training based on the problems and chances existing in current power telecommunication system. Meanwhile, it presents the ideas and key tasks about power telecommunication development during the 1 lth Five-Year Plan period in Jiangsu province.
