剖析分光光度法测定大米中直链淀粉含量

摘    要:将大米粉碎后,再对粉碎试样脱脂,脱脂后的试样加入氢氧化钠溶液,然后再加入碘试剂,用分光光度法在720nto处测定吸光度。利用马铃薯直链淀粉和支链淀粉的混合标样制作校正曲线,从校正曲线中可知样品中直链淀粉含量。
