| 摘 要： | 通过对综合评价技术和系统理论的研究，结合建筑业和中小建筑施工企业的特点，建立了中小建筑施工企业综合评价指标体系．该指标体系由生产技术能力、管理能力、财务状况、发展能力和企业信誉5个方面构成，最后建立了中小建筑施工企业综合评价的计算模型． |

| Abstract: | Based on the researching in technologies of comprehensive evaluation and systems theory, and combined with the characteristics of construction industry and small and medium - sized construction enterprises, we established the comprehensive evaluation index system of small and medium - sized construction enterprises, which is consists of five parts, they are production and technology capability, management capability, financial situation, development capacity and corporate reputation. Finally, we established the calculation model of comprehensive evaluation of small and medium - sized construction enterprises. |
