摘    要:以实际工程为例,在模板支撑方案的设计选择中,通过计算立杆轴心受压、偏心受压两种方案的支撑稳定性论证不分清支撑受压方式,盲目套用规范公式而带来的危险性,并阐述了不同传力方式立杆最危险截面的不同分布规律。分析了偏心受压扣件钢管支撑偏心率的特性以及对承载能力的影响,总结了设计施工实践经验。

Abstract:Taking an actual project as example, in the selection of formwork support design schemes, by the calculation of support stability under different situations, such as axial compression and eccentric compression, authors demonstrate that it is dangerous to take formulas in standard without knowing the compression mode of support, and state different distribution rules of the most dangerous section under different ways of force transformation. Authors analyze the characteristics of eccentric ratio of eccentric compression fastener steel pipe support and the influence of eccentric ratio to bearing capacity. At last, authors present the experience getting from design and construction practice.
