摘    要:高碳酸盐铀矿浸出化学堵塞一直是常规酸、碱工艺的难解之题。采用黑曲霉发酵液对新疆某高碳酸盐砂岩铀矿床矿石开展了浸出试验,并以黑曲霉发酵产酸组成配制的混合有机酸溶液和硫酸溶液分别进行了对比试验。结果表明,黑曲霉发酵液浸铀效果优于混合有机酸和硫酸,发酵液和混合有机酸体系亦存在钙的再沉淀现象,提高体系pH可以降低再沉淀程度。

Abstract:Chemical plugging of high carbonate uranium leaching has always been a difficult problem in acid and alkali processes. Leaching test of a high carbonate sandstone uranium deposit in Xinjiang was carried out with Aspergillus Niger fermentation liquid, and the comparison test of mixed organic acid solution and sulfuric acid solution prepared by Aspergillus Niger fermentation acid composition was carried out respectively. The results show that leaching effect of uranium in Aspergillus Niger fermentation liquid is better than that of mixed organic acid and sulfuric acid. Calcium reprecipitation also exists in fermentation liquid and mixed organic acid system, and degree of reprecipitation can be reduced by increasing pH value of the system.
