摘    要:排架结构单层厂房一柱一桩基础的稳定性较差,存在着基础能否为上部结构提供足够的位移和转角约束的问题.在水平荷载作用下,由于桩的变形使排架柱产生更多的侧向位移,严重影响排架刚度,设计中有必要对因桩的变形产生的排架柱位移进行验算和控制.文中针对弹性桩,采用m法对桩顶变形进行计算,进而计算由桩变形产生的枉侧向位移.通过对某工程实例吊车荷载作用下排架侧向位移的计算,证明桩的变形对排架侧向位移影响较大,尤其桩顶转角的影响大.

Abstract:It is not very stable for a one story factory with a bent framework which is one column with one pile. It exists the problem whether the foundation can provide the upper structure with sufficient restriction on displacement and rotation. Under horizontal loads, the column will have more lateral displacement because of pile deformation, which will greatly influence the frame lateral rigidity. So, it is necessary in design to calculate and control the column displacement. For the long elastic pile, the m method is used to calculate pile deformation. Then column displacement caused by pile can be calculated and controlled. The analysis of a crane load example shows that the pile deformation, especially the pile top rotation, greatly influence the frame lateral displacement.
