| 摘 要： | 计量供热作为一种新型的"商品"逐渐进入人们的生活.为了满足人们对住宅热舒适性要求的不断提高,同时,为了落实我国节能环保的发展战略,计量供热改革势在必行.以节能降耗、管理及收费的角度论述了计量供热在我国实施的必然趋势,分别简述了国内外计量供热的发展现状,并对比计量供热国内外的实施方式,重点介绍了计量供热在我国的发展现状及存在的问题.根据计量供热在我国发展的基本国情给出了推动计量供热改革的措施.
