基于MoldFlow与DOE的注射模浇注系统与注射工艺参数关系的研究

摘    要:将MoldFlow技术与DOE(正交实验设计)相结合,以一款手机面板成型为研究实例,采用正交实验设计方法进行实验分析,研究了模具浇注系统(浇口直径、浇口长度、流道尺寸等)和注射工艺参数(注射压力、注射时间、冷却时间等)的关系,详细分析了浇注系统各属性对注射工艺参数的影响程度。研究结果表明,浇口长度对注射压力的影响最大,流道尺寸和冷却时间密切相关,而浇注系统与注射时间关系不大。

Relationship of Mold Gating System and Injection Molding Process Parameters on Researched Based on MoldFlow Technology and DOE
Abstract:With the injection molding of a mobile-phone panel as an example,the relationship of mold gating system(such as gate diameter,gate length,runner size and etc) and injection molding process parameters(such as injection pressure,injection time,cooling time and etc) is researched by using the method of Design of Experiment and with the help of MoldFlow technology.The results indicate that gate length has great effects in injection pressure,runner size closely related to cooling time,gating system has little effects in injection time.
