桩底注浆的作用机理及应用实践

摘    要:桩底注浆可改善柱基土体的力学性质从而提高桩的竖向承载力,根据某工程钻孔灌注桩桩底压力灌浆现场试验和桩的静载试验,介绍了桩底压力灌浆的工艺及压力灌浆的效果,对压力灌浆提高钻孔灌注桩承载力的机理进行分析,并进行对比试验。结果表明,柱底注浆桩加载至10 000 kN时,桩顶累计沉降仅为20.8 mm,且沉降没有明显增大现象,也未到极限状态;柱底未注浆桩在7 000 kN荷载作用下超过24 h,沉降量超过60 mm,且沉降继续增大。桩底注浆后桩的承载力可提高80%以上,桩的沉降变形明显减小,故可缩短桩长,减少桩数,节约投资。

Abstract:The grouting in pile bottom could improve the mechanical propertie of pile base,thus to raise the vertical loading capacity.Based on the in-situ pressure-grouting experiments and the full-scale pile tests of one project,the process and effect of jet pressure-grouting are presented here.The mechanism of increasing the performance of bored piles by grouting is also analyzed.An engineering experience of applying the new technique is presented at last.
