串调技术在大型泵站水泵中的应用

摘    要:针对上海自来水大型供水泵站中的水泵在运行中存在出水流量不可调节而导致的损耗大、运行效率低等问题,从研究全数字晶闸管串级调速(简称串调)技术,并通过实际运用串调技术来实现对大型泵站输水中的水泵类绕线式异步电动机的控制,证实了无论在投资成本还是在节能效果等方面串调技术更适合大型泵站水泵类电机上的调速控制。改造后的运行结果也表明,串调技术能产生良好的节能效益,可以在供水行业中推广应用。

Abstract:Aimed at current situation of great loss by uncontrollable outflow,low efficiency of operation in large water supply pump station,the control of pump wound rotor asynchronous motor was achieved in water distribution of large pump station by full-digital thyristor cascade speed control(abbreviated as "cascade speed control") technology,and it was studied and actually adopted.It indicated that cascade speed control technology was more suitable for speed control in pump motor of large pump station,even in operational cost and energy saving effect,etc.After modification,the operational results indicated that cascade speed control technology could produce satisfied energy saving benefit,and could apply in water supply industry.
