大斜度井钢丝投捞式气举采油技术

摘    要:钢丝投捞式气举采油技术可以在不动管柱情况下实现气举井检阀目的,但目前技术不适应斜度较大井段投捞需要,笔者分析了目前技术的投捞运动过程,建立了投送过程关键阶段的系统能量关系式,分析了目前气举投捞工艺对斜度的适应性,建立了适合大斜度井段的井下投捞运动方式和系统能量关系式,确定了适合大斜度井投捞需要的下冲导向机构、凸轮锁定机构、整体投送器机构、投送器阀底支撑机构等技术方案,研制了大斜度井投捞式气举阀、工作筒、投送器等主体工具,形成了大斜度井钢丝投捞式气举采油技术,经系统能量关系式分析、室内实验和现场测试等过程,说明新工艺满足69°以内井斜段的投捞需求,矿场上推广实施6口井。

Abstract:Gas-lift production technology featured by wire casting and fishing can achieve gas-lift valve-testing without moving production string in the down hole. However, it is presently not adapted to the requirement of casting and fishing in highly deviated wells. In this study, delivery movement process of the current technology is analyzed to establish the relation of system energy at key stages. Adaptability of the gas-lift casting and fishing technology to well deviation is assessed to establish casting and fishing movement pattern of gas-lift valves and the formula of system energy relation suitable for highly deviated wells. Technological schemes adapted to casting and fishing in highly deviated wells are developed, including undershooting guide mechanism, cam locking mechanism, whole delivery mechanism, and delivery valve bottom supporting mechanism. Additionally, the major tools such as gas-lift valve, work cylinder, and delivery device are developed for highly deviated wells to form the gas-lift production technology featured by wire casting and fishing. Verification analysis of the energy relation formula combined with laboratory and field tests shows that the proposed method meets the needs of casting and fishing within 69° of well deviation, which is implemented in five wells in the mine.
