基于输水管事故工况的城市取水泵站选泵模型

摘    要:建立了水泵定速运行和调速运行条件下的选泵模型,并通过实例应用对模型特点进行了分析。分析结果表明,对于有2条输水干管的城市取水泵站,当其中1条输水干管出现事故时,泵站所承担的水头损失将比正常运行时的水头损失高0.96倍;采用水泵定速运行方案选泵时,所选离心泵的Q-H特性曲线是陡降型的;采用水泵调速运行方案选泵时,应以泵站1条输水干管出现事故时的工况作为选泵依据。但是,在泵站正常运行时,水泵调速后的总流量仅能满足0.5-0.7倍的泵站设计流量,需要再选1台水泵并联工作。

Models of selecting pumps in unban water intake pump station based on accidental working condition of water conveyance pipes

Abstract:The models of selecting pumps were established under the condition of constant speed or variable speed operation of pump,and the model characteristics were analyzed by case application.The analysis results indicated that the water head loss of intake pump station was increased by 0.96 times if one of the two supplied water conveyance mains was in trouble,compared to the normal operation.The Q-H characteristic curve of selected centrifugal pump was steep-drop curve adopting constant speed operation scheme of pump.The accidental working condition of one water conveyance main was the basis of selecting pump by variable speed operation scheme of pump.However,the total flow after regulating speed of pump was only from 0.5 to 0.7 times of designed flow of pump station under the normal operation.Another pump was necessary in parallel operation.
