固相颗粒振动筛的设计与研究

摘    要:在现场工艺试验的基础上,对固相颗粒直线型振动筛进行了结构上的设计与改进。新型振动筛设计了3排软弹簧隔振支撑系统、筛箱固定装置、卷轴式筛网绷紧装置、卡瓦锁紧机构及筛箱倾角调节装置,筛网安装调整方便、绷紧均匀,提高了产品一次筛分率,降低了振动筛的动载荷,大幅度提高了筛网、轴承等零件的使用寿命。

Abstract:On the basis of the technology testing ground, the linear jigging sieve for solid phase pellet had been designed system, sieve case tilt angle regulating device for the new jigging sieve. Therefore, its sieve mesh is of convenience for installation and regulation, its fastening is uniform, so that it can raise one - time sieving rate of the product, decrease the dynamic load on the jigging sieve and increase the operating life of the parts such as the sieving mesh and beatings, etc.
