摘    要:基于NCP1200的无辅助绕组反激式开关电源在低压输入时存在启动问题,随着负载的增加以及电路温度的上升,启动问题越严重,较常见的解决方法是添加辅助绕组,由辅助绕组向芯片供电,这虽然解决了启动问题,但是增加了电路的成本和制作工艺,不利于开关电源的小型化。文中首先详细分析了该芯片的启动特性及问题产生的原因,提出了一种可改善启动特性的方法,此方法能有效解决开关电源的启动问题。最后,试制了一台15W/12V输出的反激式电源,并给出了相关电路波形,验证了所提改进方案的可行性。

Abstract:When the input voltage is low, there is a start-up problem of non-auxiliary winding flyback switching mode power supply based on NCP1200 and the problem becomes more serious as the temperature rises. A common solution is applying an auxiliary winding, which brings a higher price and more complicated processes for manufactures. In this paper, first the cause of the start-up problem is analyzed in detail and an improved design is proposed. A 15 W/12 V output flyback switching mode power supply is implemented and tested. The test results verify that this improved design is feasible.
