静止气象卫星图像高速采集和预处理研究

摘    要:结合FY-2(02)批静止气象卫星工程需要,我们设计、调试完成了FY-2(02)批地面综合检测系统,并提出了Windows平台下综合运用系统软硬件资源的准中断采集方式,在保证系统实时性的前提下,简化了系统设计,提高了系统的可靠性;另一方面,通过对图像特征信息的分析,检测图像中可能含有的随机相位相干干扰,在改善图像质量的同时,增强了对多通道扫描辐射计的检测能力.

Abstract:Meeting the need of the FY-2(02) model synchronous meteorological satellite project, we designed and worked out the ground integrated detection system, and proposed the quasi-interrupt technology based on the Windows platform using the software and hardware resource of computers, which ensures the real-time of the system, simplifies the design and enhances the reliability of the system. On the other hand, by analyzing the merits of the images, the system can detect the random-phase correlation jam and improve the quality of the images as well as the capability of the detection to the MSCR.
