Abstract:This article introduces the connotation of core competence and the characteristics of learning corporate culture, describes the manifestation of enterprises core competence, and analyzes the factors that impact core competence's enhance and cultivation. Research shows that to build, develop and improve learning corporate culture is the foundation to enhance enterprises competitiveness, is the soul of enterprises sustainable development.
