高压加氢裂化装置仿真培训系统开发

摘    要:针对某石化企业400万吨高压加氢裂化装置,为提高操作人员的操作能力和技术水平,培训器采用建立机理动态仿真模型,通过集成工艺仿真软件、仿DCS学员站软件和总体监控软件,开发出高压加氢裂化装置动态仿真培训系统。系统可设置复杂事故11项,实现了实时切换开工、停工、正常培训的功能,具有较完善的评分系统。仿真实验表明,仿真值与设计值的相对误差均在3%以内,符合动态仿真的精度要求,能够真实反映装置的开停车和生产事故的动态特性,在培训过程中取得了良好效果。

Abstract:As background of four million tons of high pressure hydrocracking unit of a petrochemical enterprise,dynamic mechanism model was established.Through integrating process simulation software,DCS operator station software and overall monitoring software,a chemical process dynamic simulation and training system of high pressure hydrocracking unit was developed.The system can set eleven complex incidents.It realized the function of start-up or shutdown of the plant and normal production.A better scoring system w...
