摘    要:分析了梅山2#连铸机动态轻压下控制网络构成,基于WinPcap调用和交换机端口镜像功能实现了原过程控制系统TCP/IP报文获取。在分析原系统报文的基础上,通过单体扇型段通信报文测试与分析,得出二级系统与一级系统通信协议,开发了新过程控制系统通信接口,最终实现了新系统与原控制体系通信的无缝对接。

Abstract:The framework of dynamic soft reduction control network of slab continuous casting machine in Meishan Iron and Steel Co Ltd was analyzed,and the TCP/IP packets of the original process control system were captured using the switcher port mirror function and WinPcap.Based on packets analyzing of the original system and single segment message testing,the communication protocol between level 2 and level 1 control system was obtained,and the seamless communication between new process control system and original system was achieved with development of the level 2 communication interface.
