PAN基碳纤维生产废水处理研究

摘    要:对PAN基碳纤维生产过程中的废水处理进行了研究:首先对比常压精馏、氮气置换减压精馏、减压加氮气置换并加入碱性保护物质精馏3种方法,比较废水中的水和丙烯腈与二甲基亚砜分离效果,选用高级氧化法、采用Fenton试剂对精馏后,废水处理实验,结果进行液相色谱分析。结果表明:减压加氮气置换并加入碱性保护物质精馏能够使废水中的水和丙烯腈与二甲基亚砜有效分离;Fenton试剂处理后的废水中丙烯腈含量降至0.294mg/L,二甲亚砜已彻底分解。

Abstract:In this paper, waste water of producting PAN-based carbon fiber treated was studied. The effection of separation observed from on the comparation between distillation at normal pressure and low pressure replaced with N2 , alka-line reagent was added to the wastewater of DMSO and acry-lonitrile. Experiment of waste water from distillation adopting Fenton reagent by AOP was studied. Then DMSO was separated effectively from water and acry-lonitrile.
