蛇足石杉中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究

摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂,研究用乙醇热回流法从蛇足石杉中提取黄酮类化合物的工艺。以芦丁为标准品,用紫外分光光度法测定其中总黄酮的含量,建立了标准工作曲线回归方程为A=10.60C-0.003 39,相关系数:r=0.997 1。用正交实验研究了乙醇浓度、提取时间、加热温度、固液比等因素对提取效果的影响,在本实验范围内,总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,萃取时间90 min,加热温度90℃,固液比1∶20,在此条件下,提取率为0.447%。

Abstract:Using the ethanol as solvent,flavonoids is extracted from huperzia serrata by using ethanol reflux.Using rutin for a standard,content of total flavonoid is measuremented through UV spectrophotometry,established a standard curve regression equation: A=10.60C-0.00339,Correlation coefficient: r=0.997 1.Fators for effects of extraction such as concentration of ethanol,extraction time,heating temperature,solid-liquid ratio are studied by orthogonal experiment.Experimental results show: Within this experiment,optimum conditions of total flavonoids' extraction is of 60% alcohol concentration,extraction time 90 min,heating temperature 90℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20.In this condition,extraction rate is 0.447%.
