摘    要:通过对宁夏某管业公司U-PVC系列管材的造价分析,确定影响管材造价的两个因素,即:管道管径和管道承压.在管径相同的条件下,考虑管道承压对管材造价的影响,利用回归分析方法,建立了一系列管材造价与管道承压关系的数值预测模型并进行了计算求解,实现了U-PVC管材造价的快速预测.为给水工程管道承压的合理选取提供了快速准确的计算方法,达到了提高给水工程预算效率的目的.

Abstract:Through the U-PVC pipeline cost analysis in a management company of Ningxia, the two factors of the pipeline cost were determined: pipeline diameter and pipeline pressure. By analyzing and calculating under the conditions in the same diameter, the impact of pipeline pressure to the pipe cost was considered. With the method of the regression analysis, a series of the numerical prediction model were established and calculated solution between pipeline pressure and pipeline cost. The rapid forecast model of the U-PVC pipeline cost was achieved. The fast and accurate calculation was provided for the reasonable selection of pipeline pressure projects, and the efficiency of the budget was improved in the water supply project.
