摘    要:户外高压隔离开关在运行中常常出现电触头发热甚至烧熔的事故,严重威胁设备自身安全及电网可靠运行,为减轻隔离开关触头异常发热造成的影响,着重分析了电触头发热的内外影响因素,并结合实例分析,说明触头发热加剧的根本机理在于触头材料的电性变化和触头间热场影响,给出了改善触头性能、加强在线热像图和参数监测等具体措施,以减轻和削弱发热缺陷.这些措施既可保证隔离开关在线状态良好,降低因停电检修造成的大量人力、物力消耗,又能大大提高整个系统的运行稳定性和供电可靠性.

Abstract:Abnormal heat and fusing accidents of an outdoor high-voltage isolating switch are often occur frequently in running state,and they are serious threats to its equipment security and the reliability of network. To mitigate and reduce the influence effected by abnormal heat of isolating switch contacts, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors which effect the heat of the electrical contacts, combining with case,; study, explains the basic mechanism of the heat increased contacts that the electrical performance changes and the thermal field influences between contacts. The specific measures are given to improve the contact performance, and enhance the online thermal image and monitoring parameters, and mitigate and reduce the heat effects to keep the online isolation switch in good condition, and reduce the consumption of a lot of manpower and materials resources during the maintenance without power-off, and greatly improve the operation stability and the power supply reliability of overall system.
