| 摘 要： | 传统的经济调度已不能满足环境保护的要求，利用环境经济负荷调度方式降低污染量成为一种有效而又经济的防治方法，文章提出了采用层次分析法算法对燃料成本和污染量进行权值选取，然后利用径向基神经网络进行学习训练。仿真结果证明算法的有效性与准确性。 |

| Abstract: | Traditional economic adjustment can not satisfy the requirement environment protection,the adoption of environmental/economic load dispatch becomes an offective method to reduce the contaminated quantity.The paper introduces the value choice of fuel unit cost and contaminated quantity using analytic hierarchy process,then using radial basis function network to study.The simulation result proves the validity and veracity of the arithmetic. |
