| 摘 要： | 利用双层半固体培养基具有良好厌氧性的特性，在实验的基础上，提出了采用方形试管对双歧杆菌进行计数的方法，介绍了该方法的基本原理和操作步骤。结果表明，该方法具有操作简例、检测时间短、设备要求低等特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiment,the enumeration method of Bifidobacterium by rectangular test tube was put forward,according to the anaerobic specificity of double layer half solid culture.The fundamental principle and operation process of the method was also introduced.The result showed that the enumeration method was not only simple but also effectively. |
