挖泥船定位桩设计方法分析与比较

摘    要:挖泥船是一种高技术含量船型,定位桩是挖泥船上的重要结构件,定位桩受力复杂,破损率较高,是挖泥船设计好坏的关键,以往的设计方法较为简单,与实际情况出入较大,有必要对其进行研究改进,采用结构力学分析方法,对定位计力学模型进行适当简化,计算应力分布,给出强度计算公式,结合定位桩实际使用情况,并与现有的定位桩计算方法比较,最后确定挖泥船定位桩合理,实用的设计,与原设计方法比较,此种定位桩设计方法与实际情况较为吻合。

Abstract:Dredger is a kind of high science and technology ship, and spud is the major structural part and throwaway unit in the dredger. The design of spud is the key to design the dredger because of its complexity on load. The original design of spud is too simple , so it is necessary to study and improve the method. The structural mechanics is used and the mechanics model of spud is simplified. Then, the distribution of stress and formula is given.We compared the result, analysed the use of spud and defined the practical design of spud for the dredger.
