玲珑金矿255水平主运巷锚注加固技术研究

摘    要:玲珑金矿255水平主运巷发生严重塌陷,破坏矿区的安全生产。塌陷区现场条件复杂、未知因素多。在分析巷道围岩特性的基础上,依据现场实际情况,提出锚注加固技术治理方案。论述锚注加固方案设计的原则,分析锚注加固技术的关键点。介绍注浆和锚固钢筋的设计,包括注浆半径、注浆孔的布置、注浆材料的配和比,以及钢筋和注浆孔的长度及相互间的位置关系。

Abstract:The severe subsiding area had happened in the 255main transport roadway of Linglong Gold Mine, which damaged secure production. The geology of subsiding area is complicated with many unknown cases. The grouting and bolting technique is designed based on analysis of surrounding rock in roadway and actual conditions in spot. The design laws and cruxes of the grouting and bolting are described. The design methods of it are presented, including grouting holes radius and location , material ratio and length of reinforcement bars and holes, inter-relations of them are included too.
