摘    要:在工艺条件合适的情况下,浮选技术经济指标的高低主要取决于浮选机的性能和操作。因此,要提高浮选技术经济指标,就必须保证一个良好的分选环境及流体动力学状态。本文从浮选过程动力学的角度出发,结合国内外许多学者的研究观点,根据浮选槽内不同粒级的矿物与气泡的碰撞、黏附、脱落过程及影响这些过程的原因,分析了浮选过程中能量消耗及分布情况,结合大型浮选机流体动力学的特性,分析矿物分选对大型充气机械搅拌式浮选机的具体要求,首次提出了在大型浮选机设计中要尽量扩大运输区的高度,在把矿粒带到槽内更高区域的同时,提高矿粒和气泡的上升高度,同时增加矿粒与气泡的碰撞机会,缩短矿化气泡到槽体表面的上升距离。

Abstract:With the suitable process conditions,flotation technical and economic indicators depends mainly on the performance and operation of flotation cell.So we must supply a good processing condition and hydrodynamics.This paper describe the flotation process and analysis the collision,adhesion,shedding process of the minerals and the bubbles and the impact of these processes causes;analysis the energy consumption and distribution;analysis the hydrodynamic character of large size flotation cell;analysis the requirement of mineral processing to large size flotation cell,extract the design principles of large size flotation cell.The first time in the large-scale flotation machine design to maximize the height of the transport area,improve mineral particles and air bubbles to a higher region,at the same time,increasing the opportunity of particle collisions with the bubble and reducing the distance of air bubbles to the surface.
