过热保护用片式PTC热敏电阻的研制

摘    要:采用流延叠层的方法成型,借烧结曲线控制R25及α,用四层端电极的结构和浸渍电镀保护剂的方法制作端电极,制备了0603型过热保护用片式PTC热敏电阻。其测温点为(85±5)℃,(105±5)℃;R25为470×(1±0.3)%Ω;α大于10%℃–1和升阻比(Rmax/Rmin)大于104。

Abstract:Using tap-casting-lamination forming, four layers end-electrode structure, soak plating protection agent and through sinter curve for control of R25 and α, the 0603 type chip PTC thermistor were prepared. This ceramic was used for over-heat protection. Technical indexes of obtained products are as follows: measuring temperature points: (85±5) ℃ and (105±5) ℃; temperature coefficient α: >10% ℃–1 and jump range: >104.
