摘    要:PHC管桩沉桩过程中,桩身穿透硬层进入较厚软弱夹层时,桩身中将产生很大的拉应力,沉桩时极易将桩身拉裂,若软弱层下还存在硬层,桩端沉至下卧硬层时端阻力急剧增大,在拉、压应力的反复作用下,桩身拉裂处将发生严重破坏.在上述地层条件下,PHC管桩沉桩时通过在桩端焊接"挤土板",可有效降低桩身中的拉应力,解决了桩身受拉而严重破损的施工难题.

Abstract:In the process of PHC pipe pile penetrating hard layer into deep soft interlayer,great tension stress will generate in pile body,and the pile will be easily pulled to crack.If hard layer exist below this deep soft interlayer,the resistance of pile tip will rise steeply.So under repeated action of tension and compression stresses,the pulled crack of pile body will cause serious damage.The problem of damage is solved by welding crush soil plate on pile tip to reduce tension stress of pile body effectively.
