蒸馏回收杨木自催化乙醇法蒸煮废液中乙醇溶液

摘    要:采用蒸馏法分离回收杨木自催化乙醇法蒸煮废液中的乙醇溶液,分析了蒸馏过程中的浓缩体积比对乙醇回收和对后续膜处理的影响,确定了最佳浓缩体积比。实验结果表明:蒸馏过程的最佳浓缩体积比应为0.6,在此浓缩体积比下可回收得到体积分数21.61%的乙醇溶液;调节蒸馏浓缩液的pH 1.44,然后经滤纸过滤,可回收废液中90%的木素,木素等组分的去除使得废液的污染程度大大降低,COD去除率接近80%,相对黏度降到39%,有利于后续处理。

Abstract:Ethanol was recovered from the waste of auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping of aspen by distillation.The effect of concentrated ratio on ethanol recovery and membrane filtration was discussed.The optimal concentrated ratio was 0.6 in which 21.6% ethanol was recovered.When adjusting pH to 1.44 and filtrating 90% lignin in the waste was obtained.Removal rate of COD was nearly 80% and relative viscosity was reduced to 0.39,which was helpful to the follow-up treatment.
