| Abstract: | Sanazole is an radiosensitizer for cancer radiotherapy.We determined its concentration in plasma on lung cancer patients using GC/MS. Complete chromatographic resolution was achieved using a HP OV-1 fused silica capillary column and the internal standard was metronidazole. The result showed that the elimination of sanazole was quick,which suggested the drug does not easily remain in body. |
