| 摘 要： | 采用自制的高效煮练剂FZ-1于弱碱性条件下对涤/棉混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴处理.结果表明,高效煮练剂FZ-1具有良好的煮练效果.退煮漂一浴加工。其产品质量达到或超过传统三步法及碱氧一步法工艺.经试产,节能效果明显,可推广使用。

| Abstract: | One-bath DSB treatment was carried out with High Efficiency Scouring Agent FZ-1 under weakly alkaline conditions, and good scouing effects were obtained. The quality of the products attained or excelled those with traditional 3-step process and base-peroxide single-step technology. Remarkable energy-saving effects showed in the pilot prodn. proved that FZ-1 was worthy of being industrially spread. |
