摘    要:通过分析活塞压缩机活塞环的传热过程,并将摩擦热计算在内,利用能量平衡方程推导活塞环的温度分布.由于工作中不同外力的作用,活塞环沿周向变形不均匀,致使活塞环与气缸壁的传热只发生在活塞环与气缸相接触的面上,当接触面积减小到一定程度时,活塞环的温度迅速升高,从而影响活塞环的工作性能.

Abstract:By analyzing heat transfer process of piston ring in a reciprocating compressor and considering the friction heat,the temperature distribution of a ring is deduced by an energy balance equation.Because of the influence of different forces,the ring deforms uniformly along the circumference.It leads to heat transfer exiting in the contact sections between the piston ring and the cylinder liner.When the contact sections reduce,the temperature of the piston ring increases quickly.It influences the work properties of the piston ring.
