ADV微分浮阀塔盘在常压塔扩能改造中的应用

摘    要:在传统的F1型浮阀塔盘基础上进行改进的ADV微分浮阀塔盘具有更好的流体力学和传质性能 ,其在扬子石化公司炼油厂一套常减压装置改造中得到成功应用 ,处理能力由 2 5 90kt/a提高至 35 0 0kt/a,并能满足 380 0kt/a的负荷。常顶石脑油合格 ,侧线的重叠度大大降低 ,提高了分馏精度 ,常压塔的生产更具灵活性

Abstract:The ADV differential valve tray,improved on the basis of tranditional F 1 type valve tray,has the even better performance of fliud mechanics and mass transfer.The successful application on the reformation of the first atmospheric vaccum unit for Yangzhi petrochemical company refinery was obtained.The treatment capacity increased from 2590kt/a to 3500kt/a,and even can be satisfied for the load of 3800kt/a.The naphtha of atmospheric tower top was up to standard.The superimposition degree of side stream was greatly decreased.The distillation accuracy was raised.The production of atmospheric tower had even more flexibility.
