| 摘 要： | 针对清洁型焦炉在生产中出现的桥管内浇注料成块渣下掉、堵塞吸力口等问题,采取了降低入炉煤挥发分,设计滑动铁板盖住上升管调节砖口,改换桥管内衬为黏土耐火砖等措施,并进行了热工调节和温度粗细调节,对保证焦炉温度均匀稳定,焦炉达产、稳定高产,延长其使用寿命具有现实意义。
