武汉团结小区商住楼工程基坑施工监测分析

摘    要:团结小区商住楼基坑工程支护结构主要采用钻孔灌注桩 预应力锚索的支护形式,基坑施工安全监测内容主要有建筑物及管线沉降、建筑物倾斜、基坑围护体及土体水平位移等。9个月的监测成果表明:基坑施工开挖对小区的建筑物影响较小,对消防建材市场二层楼房影响较大;基坑施工开挖对周围管线影响不大;基坑西侧支护体系的基顶和桩顶测点累计位移偏大。由于监测数据准确,反馈及时,业主及监理单位重视,施工单位处理及时、应急方法得当,保证了基坑工程的安全运行。

Abstract:The supporting structures of the foundation excavation works for Tuanjie building project in Wuhan mainly employ bored piles and prestressing cables.The monitoring measures for the safe construction of the foundation pit mainly include piping system settlement,inclination of buildings,horizontal displacements of pit lining body and surrounding soils,etc.The monitoring results show that the excavation work has a small effect on the adjoining residential buildings but a large effect on the 2-storey building of the adjoining building material market.It has no great effect on the piping system around it.The accumulative total displacements at the measuring points on the base top and pile top are somewhat high.Owing to the accurate monitoring data and timely feed-back,the client and supervision unit's emphasis as well as timely treatment by constructoin units using proper emergency measures,the safe operation of the foundation pit works are ensured.
