摘    要:利用分析电子显微镜(AEM)研究了在用化学气相沉积方法沉积SiC过程中加入游离碳对SiC纤维(W芯)微结构的影响.游离碳能够有效的避免在SiC/W芯界面上出现WO3,排除氧元素在纤维中存留;同时还能够有效地抑制W芯附近SiC晶粒的长大,并在SiC中形成许多同心的富C层.这些微结构上的变化可使SiC纤维强度从2800 MPa提高到3600 MPa.

Abstract:Analytical electron microscopy (AEM) was applied to investigate the effects of addition of free carbon on the microstructure of SiC fiber during chemical vapor deposition and the relation between microstructure of SiC fiber.The results indicate that carbon addition can effectively avoid WO3 formation at the W/SiC interface,and no oxygen element existed in fiber,while the grain size of SiC can be reduced,especially adjacent to W core.In addition,many concentric C rich layers formed within SiC.Above changes in microstructure can improve fiber's strength from 2800 MPa to 3600 MPa.
