金属储罐底板外侧阴极保护电位分布的数值模拟

摘    要:采用混合控制的极化理论描述了阴极极化特性,利用数值计算软件模拟了5种辅助阳极埋设方式下罐底外侧的阴极保护电位分布,并对不同阳极埋设方式下电阻率和罐径对电位分布的影响进行了对比,为罐底阴极保护电位分布效果的判定和阳极布置方式的选择提供了依据.

Abstract:The cathodic protection potential distribution on the exterior of tank bottom was mathematically simulated and the cathodic polarization performance was described according to the mixed polarization theory. The effects of soil resistivity and tank diameter on potential distribution of tank bottom under protection of different kinds of anode placement manners were studied and compared. The obtained results can be used in determining cathodic protection effect and choosing anode placement manner.
