钢板电镀锌表面耐蚀性聚苯胺膜的制备及辐射改性

摘    要:在中性溶液中一步电聚合制备了聚苯胺膜,对其成分和结构进行了分析.并用电子加速器对电聚合苯胺膜进行辐射改性,研究了电子辐射对其凝胶分数及防腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,在电镀锌钢板上采用一步电聚合法制备的聚苯胺膜是部分掺杂的半氧化结构,该膜掺杂了水杨酸根,所以易溶于酒精等有机溶剂.电子辐射可以提高聚苯胺的交联程度,改善其耐有机溶剂的性能.聚苯胺膜的凝胶分数随着吸收剂量的增加存在一个极大值,而与吸收率无关.在适当吸收剂量下辐射交联后,聚苯胺膜的防腐蚀性能有很大改善.相同吸收剂量下,吸收率越低,聚苯胺膜的防腐蚀性能越好.

Abstract:Polyaniline films were synthesized by electropolymerizing on zinc-electroplated steel in neutral aqueous medium,the component and structure of the films were analyzed.Radiation with electron accelerator was used to improve the property of polyaniline films,and its effects on gel fraction and anticorrosion performance were studied.Experimental results show that the polyaniline films prepared with single-step process on zinc-electroplated steel are of the partly-doped and half-oxidized structure.The salicyl was doped in the films so that the films were easy to dissolve in the organic solvent such as ethanol.Electron radiation can increase the degree of crosslinking of polyaniline and decrease the solubility in organic solvent.A maximum gel fraction of the polyaniline films,independent of absorption rate,existed and increased with increasing the absorption dosage.The anticorrosion capability is improved greatly after radiation crosslinking at an adequate dosage.At the same dosage, the lower the absorption rate is,the better the anticorrosion capability is.
