液压支架焊缝金属磁记忆检测技术研究

摘    要: 将金属磁记忆方法应用到液压支架焊缝检测技术中,简述了金属磁记忆技术检测原理,分别从硬件及软件两方面介绍了设计思路及实现方法,重点对软件设计及数据处理方法进行了分析,通过现场实验表明金属磁记忆检测方法可以有效检测液压支架焊缝质量,解决了现有液压支架焊缝检测方法的局限性和不足。

Abstract:The metal magnetic memory method had been applied to the welding seam testing technology of the hydraulic powered support.The paper stated the testing principle of the metal magnetic memory technology.From the hardware and the software,the paper introduced the design conception and the realization method.An analysis was conducted on the software design and the data processing method.The site experiments showed that the metal magnetic memory testing method could effectively test the welding seam quality of the hydraulic powered support and could solve the limits and disadvantages of the present welding seam testing method of the hydraulic powered support.
