| 摘 要： | 用湿法转移印花工艺替代传统的转移印花工艺,具有花型逼真、工艺简单、节能低耗的优点。介绍了棉织物活性染料湿法转移印花的工艺流程,包括油墨配制、PET薄膜印刷、半制品预处理、转移印花、蒸化和水洗,并指出该工艺现存的缺点。

| Abstract: | Wet transfer printing process has the advantages of lifelike,simple process and lower energy consumption.Wet transfer printing process with reactive dyes for cotton fabric is introduced,including preparing of ink,printing of PET films,pretreating of semi-finished products,transfer printing,steaming and washing.The existing shortcomings of the process are also pointed out. |
